THE ECOHOME
Sustainable prefab homes made with high quality, chemical-free materials & energy efficient design.
Designed and produced in Europe, available throughout the United States.
Healthy & Non Toxic
Traditional home construction involves a disturbing amount of toxic chemicals. From wood treatment, to paint, to sealants and adhesives… the home ends up looking and feeling a lot different than what you see outside the window. (Not to mention the tragic effects these chemicals have on the earth and its ecosystems.)
The EcoHome creates a different kind of home environment. One that brings you a renewed sense of vitality, safety, and reverence for the earth.

Energy Efficient Design
Because the EcoHome is much smaller than the average American home, it becomes more affordable to use high-quality, durable materials and advanced technologies that make a difference on your energy bill, planetary health, and future generations.
9 Layer Wall Technology
The shell of the EcoHome is made of 13-inch thick walls. (Take a moment to compare this to 4.5-inch thick walls in most homes!) Inside those walls you’ll find 9 layers of different materials, including a layer of organic wood wool insulation. This 9-layer wall technology makes for an extremely well-insulated, stable, energy efficient home.
Triple Pane Windows
Triple pane windows provide very low thermal transmittance. On a cold day, about 97% of the heat in your home will remain in your home—and on a warm day, only 3% of the heat from the sun will enter your home. With triple pane windows, it’s much easier to regulate the temperature inside your home without using extra resources, especially in areas with fluctuating temperatures throughout the year.
Infrared Under Floor Heating
Many people find infrared under floor heating to be far superior in terms of comfort and energy efficiency (up to 50% less resources used.) Compared to other heating methods, it requires a very low temperature to heat the house since it warms the objects in the house and indirectly the air. This also reduces circulation of dust that is often prevalent in traditional heating systems.

The Benefits of Prefab
Most people who choose prefabricated home building are interested in these benefits:
Shorter Construction Time
Prefab homes are produced in a facility and take less than a month to complete. Once the pieces are shipped to the build site, it takes our team 1-2 weeks to construct. For someone who wants new construction for their home, you can’t find a quicker option than prefab homes.
Lower Cost
Because of shorter construction time, the cost of labor is much lower than if you were to have multiple professionals working on a house over the course of 8 months to 1 year.
Professionally Engineered
Our sustainable prefab homes are produced in a factory by professional engineers and skilled craftsmen. In this environment, the components of the entire home can be continually inspected and the production process can be continually improved. The result? Exceptionally well-made homes!
